HOW TO JOIN:

1. Send-A-Shakey’s from Abroad to the Philippines at www.shakeyspizza.ph and choose “Send-A-Shakey’s For a Friend” button.
2. Choose your order and complete the sender and receiver details.
3. Pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal to check out and complete the transaction.

ON QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Guests with transactions via Send-A-Shakey’s from Abroad to the Philippines from March 14, 2016 to June 30, 2016 with atleast P2,000 worth of delivery food purchase with successful payments are qualified to join.
Guests will earn one (1) raffle coupon for every P2,000 worth of delivery food purchase
Placement of order is only until June 30, 2016 at 11:59pm Philippine time.
Participating guests’ contact details will be taken from the information provided upon ordering.
2. All employees of IFFSI, partners and agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
3. Guest orders from the Philippines are not qualified to join.

ON ENTRY RAFFLE:

1. Raffling of entries will be conducted by IFFSI ( Marketing, Finance, IT) and DTI representatives at Shakey’s Head Office each month at exactly 4pm.
Schedules are as follows:
First Winner will be drawn on April 29, 2016 at 4pm.
(all entries from March 14 to April 29 at 4pm are included)
Second Winner will be drawn on May 30, 2016 at 4pm.
(all entries from March 14 to May 30 at 4pm are included)
Third Winner will be drawn on July 1, 2016 at 4pm.
(all entries from March 14 to June 30 at 4pm are included)
2. Participants may only win once.
3. All non-winning entries are still qualified for the succeeding draws.

ON WINNER NOTIFICATION:

1. Winners will be notified via email and registered mail.
2. Winners will be given 30 days to acknowledge and confirm his/her prize from the receipt of email notification. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior DTI approval.
3. Reply thru email to acknowledge winning notification.

ON PRIZE:

1. Business class round trip ticket prize is non-convertible to cash but transferrable.
2. Raffle prize will be valid one (1) year from promo end date.
3. Winner is required to scan and email two (2) valid ID’s to claim his/her prize.
4. Winner must choose and confirm his/her preferred flight details within 60 days from the receipt of acknowledgement email.
Latest and last day of flight schedule is only until June 30, 2017.
IFFSI won’t be accountable of rebooking of flights due to any reason of flight cancellation.
Ticket is transferrable. Only one (1) transfer is allowed.
No changes can be made once ticket has been purchased.
5. Prize will be provided thru email (electronic air ticket)
6. Pocket money will not be provided.
7. IFFSI will pay for the 10% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
8. Airline will be based on the preferred flight schedule.
